To round off the ski day, birthdays, marriage proposal, corporate events, etc. We are also happy to accept extraordinary requests, such as special decorations, etc.
How does the service on board work?
You will be welcomed at the Balmalp, where you will first enjoy the magnificent and breath-taking mountain panorama in the 360° view around Lech. Afterwards, your exclusive Concierge Service will take you to the top station, where the Moët & Chandon Champagne Gondola will pick you up. Whenever the gondola passes the top station, your personal Concierge Service will be on hand and happy to take any further requests. Likewise, the next courses will be served at the top station.
Can I use the sanitary facilities during the experience?
Of course. We only want to inform you, that a gondola round will then be suspended, as the whole Zugbergbahn cannot be interrupted. Toilet facilities are located in the valley- or mountain-station.
Is there music on board?
The gondola is equipped with a sound system that allows you to connect to your mobile phone at any time. The name of the connection is "Event cabin 041". Playlists are also available, which can be accessed via QR code in the gondola. We are also happy to organize live music acts for special occasions. Please add your special wish when making your reservation.
Is the Moët & Chandon Champagne Gondola heated?
No, the gondola is not heated. We recommend winter clothing. In addition, Moët & Chandon blankets are available on board.
