One does not do this every day. Actually, one only treats oneself to such an experience on vacation! The gondola floats from Zug to Balmalp – it's a truly breathtaking panorama and an impressive feeling.
Am 12. Februar 2023 war es dann soweit – Es hieß für uns bitte einsteigen. Wir wurden nach einen Willkommendrink auf der Balmalp von Pauli dem Gondel-Buttler zum Einstieg der Gondel begleitet. Hier wurde uns die erste Flasche Champagner serviert.

Grand Vintage 2015

The 76th vintage in the history of the House - matured for seven years in the cellars, Grand Vintage 2015 was released in 2022. Its tailored assemblage boasts a predominance of Pinot Noir (44%), a relatively lower presence of Chardonnay (32%) in part due to drought conditions, and an aromatic Meunier (24%). Grand Vintage 2015 is an extra-brut champagne with a low dosage of 5 g/l to preserve the fruitiness of the champagne.
