Where does the gondola experience begin?
The experience begins with a welcome drink in the Moët & Chandon Salon at the mountain station, in a truly special setting.

Online bookings can be made until 3:00 p.m. the day before at https://moetgondel.simply-olivia.restaurant/reservations/eng/welcome. For last-minute bookings after 3 p.m. for the following day, please call +43 5583 2332.
At what times can the experience be booked?
During the winter season from early December to mid-April 2026, two time slots are available: 10:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.

Maximum number of guests in the Moët & Chandon Champagne Gondola?
Up to 7 people can fit in the gondola.

Which drinks and dishes are offered in the gondola?
You can select these directly during the enquiry/booking process on the website https://moetgondel.simply-olivia.restaurant/reservations/eng/welcome. If you have any further drink requests, please add them in the “Comments” field.

How long does one ride take?
The Moët & Chandon Champagne Gondola can be booked for up to 1.5 hours.
For which events can I book the Moët & Chandon Champagne Gondola?
As the perfect ending to a ski day, birthdays, marriage proposals, corporate events, etc. We are also happy to accommodate special requests, such as custom decoration, etc.
How does the onboard service work?
You will be welcomed at the Balmalp, where you can first enjoy the magnificent 360° panoramic mountain views around Lech. Afterwards, your exclusive concierge service will bring you to the mountain station, where the Moët & Chandon Champagne Gondola will pick you up. Whenever the gondola passes the mountain station, your personal concierge service will be on site and happy to fulfil any further wishes. The next courses will also be served at the mountain station.
Can I use the restroom during the experience ride?
Of course. Please note that one gondola round will be skipped, as the gondola service cannot be interrupted. Restroom facilities are located at the valley and mountain stations.
Is there music on board?
The gondola is equipped with a sound system that you can connect to at any time via your mobile phone. The connection name is “Eventkabine 041”. Playlists are also available, which can be accessed via QR code in the gondola. We are also happy to organise live music acts for special occasions. Please mention this when making your reservation.
Is the Moët & Chandon Champagne Gondola heated?
No, the gondola is not heated. We recommend wearing winter clothing. Blankets are available on board.
How do I find the Balmalp?
There is an underground, snow-free passageway. Located directly at the mountain station of the Zugerbergbahn.
